Adizes ideas about leadership teams is part of the larger conceptual framework of the Adizes management methodology. Core ideas are further developed in Mastering Change, and in much more detail in Managing Corporate Lifecycles. I use this book as a textbook on leadership styles for self-analysis and team-building in corporate leadership development programs which I run. Students include managers and non-managers alike.
