I have made this text available to my students in the University's library. It is a great reference book that compliments the course nicely. There are very few books out there on this subject. I suspect more will be written if the Innovative Design Protection and Piracy Prevention Act passes in Congress, and as this area of law evolves, but in the mean time this book is the best on the market.Fashion Law: A Guide for Designers, Fashion Executives, and Attorneys Overview
